(Parks) is a privately held environmental consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota specializing in industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety.  The Parks organization has been in business since 1997 and is a principal consultant for one of the nation’s largest retailers. We work for other national retailers, general contractors, insurance companies, property management firms, private developers, and environmental engineering firms. Most of our project work is gained through ongoing client relationships.

Mr. Tim Marxhausen is the sole owner of Parks. His professional career spans 23 years in the environmental testing and consulting field including 12 years as department or branch office manager for two other environmental consulting firms. Parks’ professional and technical staff average 10 years experience with academic and employment backgrounds in biology, geology, geography, industrial hygiene and construction.

Parks specializes in asbestos, mold, industrial hygiene, indoor air quality (IAQ) and environmental site assessment projects.
