Parks Environmental Consulting, Inc. (Parks) is an Environmental Consulting firm specializing in Environmental Health & Safety issues associated with Buildings and Workplaces.

We have experience working in just about any type of building or workplace, with most of our services provided to national retailers, governmental agencies, insurance companies, general contractors, property management firms, private developers and environmental engineering firms. The Parks organization has been in business since 1997.

Most of our project work is gained through ongoing client relationships and our reputation for depth of experience in our service areas.

Through numerous partner relationships with other environmental consulting firms, Parks provides specialty environmental health and safety consulting services throughout the Midwest and Western United States.

Parks provides services related to Asbestos, Mold, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health and Safety, and Hazardous and Special Waste Material Audits and Management.

We provided Environmental Consulting services on a renovation and reconstruction project for an International Airport Facility in the Caribbean (above). We performed pre-demolition hazardous materials audits and a indoor air quality study for vapors in buildings.

A three year Environmental Health and Safety Consulting project for a Latin American Airport Redevelopment Project. Site visits and reviews were conducted annually.

Since 2014, we were involved in several Mall construction and renovation projects in Minnesota, Elderly Care Facilites renovations and mechanical upgrades, and a large retail store renovation.

We provided environmental project design, management and oversight for the interior demolition and renovation ($1.2 M) of a 100 year hotel to apartment building (right).
